04 / FLOW

One product's journey.

From Korea to a US customer, each leg has a different owner.

  1. Brand or Korean sellerDrafts export documents, joins a Korean forwarder's run directly, and chooses whether the cargo goes to the warehouse or direct to the buyer.
  2. Korean forwarderApproves requests from brands and Korean sellers and handles pickup, receiving, loading, and shipment. A customs broker files the export declaration, and the forwarder records the result.
  3. US forwarderRecords the arrival notice, clears US customs with a broker, and sends cargo to the warehouse through a carrier. Direct-to-buyer cargo goes straight to the final delivery address. Cargo a US buyer (importer) imports directly is handled by the US forwarder that importer nominated.
  4. WMS warehouseOnly units the warehouse counts become stock, and products consigned for sale go on KwaveGO B2B after review.
  5. Buyers · General sellers · InfluencersUS retailers and US wholesale buyers buy on KwaveGO B2B, and general sellers and influencers list products in their own stores through Kwave B2C.
  6. US customerBuys in a store or an online shop. Orders from sellers' stores connected to KWAVE ship from the KWAVE US warehouse straight to the customer.

Every leg leaves a record. Each role picks up from the record the last one left, and forwarders record what customs brokers and carriers report.

05 / PRICING

Skip the quote.Join a forwarder's run directly.

KWAVE does not quote freight. Korean forwarders post a rate on each run, and brands compare runs and join one directly. You pay each cost below to a different party.

01

Freight: the forwarder's run rate

Korean forwarders post a per-pallet or per-CBM rate and expected US-side charges on each run. Final freight is based on measured volume; the Korean forwarder invoices the Korea leg, the US forwarder invoices US-side charges, and you pay each forwarder directly by bank transfer. Once you join a run, you can open both forwarders' price lists. KWAVE is not a party to the freight contract.

02

US warehouse: pay for what you use

The KWAVE US warehouse bills receiving and outbound per job and storage monthly, based on its rate card. You receive an invoice and pay it by bank transfer.

03

Platform: a KWAVE plan

You don't need a plan or a card to sign up or apply for Trade Pass, and your workspace and AI agent team are set up at sign-up. Trade features open with Trade Pass approval plus a KWAVE plan; see the Pricing page for plans.

Frequently asked questions

What is KWAVE?

KWAVE helps brands and Korean sellers export to the US, helps US retailers and US wholesale buyers source Korean products on KwaveGO B2B, and helps general sellers and influencers sell them through Kwave B2C. Every business gets an AI agent team that helps with the work.

How do I get Korean products for my store?

Sign up with KWAVE and apply for Trade Pass as a US retailer or US wholesale buyer. Once you are approved and start a plan, the KwaveGO B2B wholesale catalog opens. Download the products you pick as an order file and place your order on kwavego.com. Orders ship within the US, so there are no import steps. Your AI agent can also search the catalog and check new arrivals.

I am a brand or Korean seller. How do I sell in the US?

Sign up with KWAVE, apply for Trade Pass as a brand or Korean seller, and start a plan once you are approved. Then join a shipment run opened by a Korean forwarder to ship to the US; export and import customs are handled by the forwarders and their customs brokers. Cargo sent to the KWAVE US warehouse is received, stored, and shipped there, and products you consign for sale are listed for US buyers on KwaveGO B2B after review. You can also list products as a vendor on the KWAVEGO partner portal.

What does the AI agent actually do?

Write to it like you would to a person. It finds products, answers questions, and drafts emails, documents, and listings. Sending, publishing, and data changes run only after you approve, and filings such as transport bookings and customs declarations stay with people.

How much does it cost?

You don't need a plan or a card to sign up or apply for Trade Pass. Trade features open with Trade Pass approval plus a KWAVE plan; see the Pricing page for workspace and agent plans. Freight is billed per leg by the Korean and US forwarders, and you pay each of them directly; the KWAVE US warehouse bills for what you use, from its rate card.
