KWAVE WMS

Every task in your US warehouse, visible from Korea.

KWAVE built its own warehouse management system. From receiving and inspection to putaway, inventory, picking, and shipping, what the warehouse records shows up on the brand's screen right away.

01 / WORKFLOW

From customs release to shipping, one continuous line.

From before the freight reaches the dock until it leaves, every step records who did what.

  1. Inbound notice

When US customs release is recorded, an advance ship notice (ASN) is created for the warehouse automatically. A registered consignor can also file one, or send a packing list to the warehouse to upload.

  2. Receiving

Counts are taken along with lot numbers and expiry dates. Damage, shortages, and overages become exceptions automatically.

  3. Putaway

Items are scanned into zone, rack, and shelf locations, so you always know what sits where.

  4. Inventory

See quantities by SKU, lot, and location, with expiry alerts. Only quantities the warehouse has counted become inventory.

  5. Pick and ship

The system suggests picking the lots that expire first. Box count and weight are recorded before the shipment is confirmed.

  6. Billing

Once receiving or shipping is confirmed, charges build up automatically from the warehouse rate card.

02 / ON THE FLOOR

Warehouse work,all on one tablet.

Staff sign in with their name and a PIN, no platform account needed, and work from ten task screens. Every confirmed task records who handled it.

  • Photo evidence, sorted

Attach photos to each receiving line and sort them by purpose. Internal photos stay hidden from the client.

  • Location barcode labels

Set up zone-rack-shelf locations and print barcode labels. Unregistered barcodes are collected in their own queue for cleanup.

  • Blind counts

Count with system quantities hidden. Stock that moves mid-count is sent back for a recount, so legitimate shipments are never overwritten.

  • Multiple warehouses and transfers

Run several warehouses in one system. Transfers are counted in at the receiving warehouse.

03 / WHAT BRANDS SEE

Make warehouse decisionswithout flying to the US.

Brands see and act on their US inventory, issues, and costs directly from Kwave Logistics.

  • Stock by warehouse and receiving results

See how many units of each SKU sit in which warehouse, and when your freight arrived, when inspection started, and when it finished.

  • Issue reports you decide on

Get notified the moment damage or a shortage turns up. Review the photos and the Damage Report PDF, then choose to return, dispose, accept as is, or transfer to another warehouse.

  • Requests to the warehouse

Ask for relocation, detail photos, a stock count, labeling and repacking, return handling, or send a question, all with a button, and get the result back.

  • Warehouse costs and invoices

See warehouse invoices built from each task in one place, pay by bank transfer to the account on the invoice, and tell us with Report a payment.

04 / FAQ

Before you send us stock, the questions we hear most.

How are warehouse fees charged?

Each warehouse has a rate card. Charges add up as receiving and outbound tasks are confirmed, and storage for the past month is calculated on the 1st. When you get an invoice, pay by bank transfer to the account on it and tell us with Report a payment.

What if damage or a shortage turns up at receiving?

The warehouse logs it as an exception with photos and notifies you. You choose to return it, dispose of it, or transfer it to another warehouse, and damaged or extra units can also be accepted as is.

Can I send stock that didn't come on a forwarder's run?

Yes. Companies that use the US warehouse are registered as consignors when their Trade Pass is approved, and you file an inbound declaration (ASN) yourself under My consignment, with the carrier, tracking number, expected arrival, and items. You can also send your packing list to the warehouse and have it uploaded there.

How are expiry dates managed?

Lots and expiry dates are recorded at receiving, and stock nearing expiry is flagged. Picking suggests the lot that expires first.

Can I trust the stock numbers?

Only what the warehouse counts becomes stock. Blind counts hide the system quantity while staff count, and every confirmed task records who did it.

Can stock move to another warehouse?

KWAVE operations handles warehouse transfers with a transfer document, and you can start one by choosing 'transfer to another warehouse' on a receiving exception. Units that leave the origin warehouse become stock again only after the destination warehouse counts them in.
