Are catalog products already in the US?
Yes. Only products already received in a US warehouse appear in the catalog, so there is nothing to import yourself. Download your picks as an order file (CSV), then order and pay on kwavego.com.
Is there a minimum order (MOQ) or volume pricing?
The catalog shows one KWAVEGO price per product and does not show a minimum order or volume tiers. Prices and stock (the store-wide total) are reference values refreshed once a day, so the final amount and quantity are set when you order on kwavego.com.
Where can I see shipping status?
The Purchase orders tab on your KWAVE board shows each kwavego.com order's status and tracking number. Orders placed with a company member's verified login email appear there.
How do US buyers see my brand's products?
Once your products are live on KWAVEGO, they appear, grouped by brand, in the wholesale catalog that Trade Pass-approved US retailers and US wholesale buyers browse. Buyers compare brands side by side and order on kwavego.com.
Does all my consigned stock go on KWAVEGO?
Only stock consigned for sale can be listed on KWAVEGO. Storage stock stays in the warehouse until it ships elsewhere. KWAVE operations sets whether stock is for sale or storage, based on your contract.
How are returns handled?
KWAVE operations logs and inspects each return, then restocks it, marks it damaged, disposes of it, or sends it back to the brand. Brands follow each return's status in the returns list in the 3PL menus.
